1. Order Processing Time

Because our jewelry collections feature highly detailed craftsmanship (including delicate American Diamond settings and intricate Odisha Silver Filigree), items may require careful final preparation or assembly.

  • Standard Orders: Dispatched within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or Bespoke Orders: Processing times for custom sizing or special designs will be communicated individually, typically requiring 7 to 14 business days.
  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

2. Shipping Delivery Estimates & Transit Timelines

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics bottlenecks, severe weather conditions, or customs clearance holds in the destination country.

3. Shipping Rates & Tariff Calculation

  • Domestic Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and delivery pin code (unless free shipping promotions are active).
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for worldwide destinations will be calculated and clearly displayed at the final checkout window before payment authorization.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipments)

DIVYORO operates out of Odisha, India. For all international orders traveling outside of India:

  • All customs fees, tariffs, import duties, or local taxes imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • DIVYORO is not responsible for any additional charges applied by the customs authorities of your destination country.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or text alert containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrived damaged, please review our Return & Replacement Policy. You must capture the mandatory unboxing video starting before opening the outer courier packaging to qualify for a replacement claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking history shows the package is stalled or lost, please contact our support team within 7 business days of the estimated delivery window so we can initiate an investigation with our courier partner.
