6. Strict Cross-Border Delivery, Customs, and Surcharges

DIVYORO serves a global audience spanning North America, Eastern Asia, Southeast Asia, and India.

  • International Consignments: All shipments traveling out of India are processed via compliant electronic customs channels.
  • Duties and Tariffs: Any customs clearing charges, import duties, or local administrative taxes levied by the destination country are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer. DIVYORO has zero control over these regulatory charges.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a package is rejected or returned due to a customer's refusal to clear local import tariffs, any return-to-origin (RTO) penalty charges imposed by the carrier will be deducted from the customer's account.

7. Explicit Verification Conditions for Returns and Replacements

By completing a purchase on divyoro.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our conditional refund guidelines:

  • Returns and replacements are only generated for items arriving structurally broken/damaged, or if an incorrect item variant was delivered.
  • The Unboxing Video Mandate: You must provide an unedited, continuous opening video tracking the package from its completely sealed outer courier state to the revelation of the defect. Failure to produce a verified video will automatically invalidate your claim, and no store credit or replacement will be issued.
  • Shipping Liability: All return transit costs back to our hub in Odisha, India, must be paid entirely by the customer.

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:
